Refund policy

01 Before you buy
Payment is not open yet. At launch there will be a free trial on your PC before any payment, so you can check the plugin works with your PC and your projects.
02 When we refund
If you paid and the plugin does not run on your PC for a technical reason we cannot fix, we refund in full when you ask within 14 days of purchase. If you were charged twice by mistake, we refund the duplicate.
03 When we do not refund
After real use of the license over a long period, or when the terms are broken (for example sharing the license or trying to break its protection).
04 How to ask
Write to support@roughcutar.com with the transaction number and the email you bought with. The money goes back the same way through Paymob; how long it takes depends on your bank or wallet.
